The base team dispatch fee is $50 for the zips codes in which a team resides. Additional Dispatch fees may apply based on zip code distance from a staffed zip code.


IF A TEAM IS DISPATCHED ON A TICKET THEY ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW UP WITHIN 5 MIN AFTER A CANCELLATION REQUEST  (+2 min per zip code jump) TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THE BASE 50$ DISPATCH FEE.


It is your responsibility to dispatch to a ticket in a timely manner. Holding a ticket without working it may result in leed denial. 


Some digital transactions (Debit/Credit/PayPal) will  have an additional processing fee of 10%, NOT included in the quote. 


All taxes are included in your Quote. It is the team' responsibility to track their taxes accordingly.


Consumables like ice melt, traction sand, ect are optional and  DO NOT come standard.

All teams work at their own risk, and directly for the customer. We try to have our teams work in sets of at least 2 people, and one snowblower . Due to region, severity of inclement weather, and mechanical lockups this is not always achievable. If working alone the customer has been requested to keep an eye on the team. 

Each team has different mechanical advantages and our vetting process verifies the mechanical advantages each team has. IF YOU HAVE A MECHANICAL BREAK DOWN YOU MUST ADVISE US OF THE STATUS.


We are working to build service centers so you can get BULK DISCOUNT PRICING ON REPAIRS; SAME WITH SALT AND TRACTION SAND.


All Teams, and Team members agree to work within legally allowed sobriety. Violations may result in termination of leed supply/lawsuit .


Payments

Payments

Payment method is customer preference. We offer prepayment / payment conversion services to protect your interest in the event the price level requires a deposit, or if the customer requests to prepay in advance to have a full contactless experience. 

All Payments should be rendered within 24 hours of completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before services are rendered. Failure to pay for services that have been agreed to and rendered, allows you to place a judgement against the customer, and/or denial of future services can be instituted.

ALL PREPAY / CONVERSION CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS HAVE A 61 DAY HOLD. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Gravel

 GRAVEL is a loose aggregation of rock fragment(s). Gravel has a premium rate. Gravel  must be disclosed in advance in this form. A waiver of liability will be implied when gravel is involved, but not for intentional damage. Nondisclosure of gravel: All Teams reserve the right to: refuse service, increase service charges, with a pay in advance option, and/or reserve the right to a complete waiver of liability for the whole job if gravel is not disclosed before it hits their blades.

 Ice Melt and Traction Sand are optional Services and must be requested in the quote; as teams are not required to be running Ice Melt and Traction Sand. Teams are not liable for slip and falls unless the customer: 1. Is specifically requesting a full strip down with ice melt and traction sand for  first time services are rendered that cover multiple snow / rain falls, or 2. Have used our services for every snow fall over 1" with ice melt, and requested ice melt application for every freezing rain fall over 1/8" this season.

Stairs & Ramps

  For ease of quote 5 stairs are included in all quotes free of charge. Due to weather conditions and traffic all teams are held free of liability when it comes to stairs / ramps; regardless of ice melt or traction sand. Make sure your customer is satisfied with their stairs / ramps, which may not always the case. We reserve the right to request photos of stairs to insure quality control, and deny future leeds for repeat complaints. If a customer sends a complaint with a photo of stairs that have not been service properly, we reserve the right to request the team to dispatch back to resolve the issue, without additional payment.

 Inside privacy fences must be requested in advance, supervising party is on site to give access, and pets are locked . All  teams reserve the right to refuse unquoted additional or excessively hazardous work at any . The information provided is solely used to qualify your snow removal abilities for leed assignment.

 This is only a lead generation, and quote creation service. Upon approval of the quoted price, the quoted price and ticket information supplied, will be given to a Snow Removal Team. At this time, The Team will then reach out to the customer to confirm the service(s) requested, Quoted price and payment collection method.

 All liability / insurance is done through the Team on site. ALL LIABILITY is waived when ANY weather event effects the property after services have been rendered complete. When you call to confirm the service(s) requested, it is at this time you may be asked about your insurance, if they require it. If they do not require insurance the person submitting the quote will be responsible for any unforeseeable accident(s), not including any accidental injury of a  team member. ALL TEAMS WORK AT THEIR OWN RISK, AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS!
